May 13, 2021. There is currently a delay in the start of new NH Utility NH Saves weatherization projects due to budgetary constraints. We encourage Concord residents and businesses to apply and if eligible for NH Saves, you will be added to a list and contacted for an audit and weatherization services as soon as this suspension has been lifted. Thank you for your patience. This delay does NOT affect low-income fuel customers in Concord who qualify for Fuel Assistance and the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).
